BEGINNER BOXING

New to kickboxing?  Returning after a long break? Just want a slower pace so you can focus on power and form?  This class is for you!

 

  • Class will be taught at a beginner level with options for increasing intensity
  • Emphasis on proper form to maximize your workout in every class
  • Challenge yourself while learning to modify moves to fit individual needs
  • Learn to quickly monitor your workout using Rate of Perceived Exertion (RPE) or Talk Test and to adjust your activity level to maintain desired intensity
  • Fundamental strength training mechanics
  • Plenty of heart-pumping cardio kickboxing in every class!
  • Lower impact options included
  • Current Members: This is a great addition to your weekly workout routine that will enhance your performance in other classes
  • Kickboxing, Strength Training and Form only
  • No Pilates
  • 60 minute class
